I sew shawls and other large items from wool and knitwear. The problem is that when blocking, the pins come out of where I placed them. Looks weird at times. However, this changes things. HOW IT GOES INTO THE PACKAGING This is the perfect round little tin to keep all items safe and secure from loss. There is a foam insert to keep things in place. All the pin bars fit together perfectly and it also has a plastic case with individual T-pins. 6 PIN BLOKSWOW That's impressive. Each 6-pin bar not only has a nice handle, but also a see-through lid. When you're done, you can cover them so they don't bend or cut. Box with snap lid. MORE ARTICLES. Because it has so many rungs I can place them in the right places to get a smooth, rounded or straight edge and then fill them in with T-Pens. Things are looking MUCH better than before. DON'T FORGET THE BLOCKING FOAM. If you use this I want to make sure you understand you need a foam blocking mat to use it. Don't try to use them with anything else. They won't work either. RESULT If you have a blocking mat, this set of pins is great. This will make blocking knits look MUCH better. The quality of the packaging and the thought that goes into it is impressive. MY RATING IS FIVE STARS. I am very happy to have this set and will continue to use it consistently. I would definitely buy more in the future if I need them.
