It was a little sticky even after I seasoned it for 90 minutes, and before I put the pizza on it, it was completely covered in avocado oil. To be fair, my dough might have been too big, but not too crazy. I was cooking in a new Ninja oven at 450 and it looked great but I pulled it out and it stuck 30% of the pan. I also cooked the other two in a 7" Cuisinart skillet with no oil and they immediately slipped off and were perfect. I'll try again knowing what I know now. I'm not new when it comes to cooking. I'm not a professional, but I consider myself a very good home cook.
