No warranty support.
This device died after only 4 months. Before that it worked great. Now I'm trying to replace it while it's under warranty but after 3 attempts on their website and a couple of times I haven't gotten through the auto messages on the phone I suspect they're trying to wait out the warranty period before they do reply. Or maybe they just don't have a warranty department. I strongly recommend avoiding SIIG products. If it breaks, you simply lose your investment.
