Quantity is more important than quality. This elastic cord is meant to be 1/8" round, but was factory wound on the spool so tightly that it stretched almost to the point of no stretch! The fibers show the stretch of this tension and therefore appear fuzzy rather than smooth. Overall this makes chewing gum cheap and of questionable quality/guarantee. The time I spend perfecting the smallest details of my creations, high quality fabrics and other components deserves a lot more than that and I can't mine Putting tag on something that has a possible point of failure Am very disappointed and will be returning.
