Avoid the product - it doesn't work well and the customer support is questionable.

Multiple issues with this product. The two earbuds don't fit well together. Pairing with a phone is very easy. Both earbuds work the first time after pairing. But if you put them back in the case and then take the earbuds out of the case, only one of them will work. In order for both to work, you'll need to factory reset them and pair them again. This was also a recommendation from the support team. Even more disturbing was her reaction. When I posted a review on their website, I found that my review and Happy Plugs review was marked as 'hidden' on their website.
