Review on 🎀 1.5" Cotton Twill Tape - 15 Yards - 100% Cotton - Made in USA - Natural Color by Amber Perez

It was perfect for my project. We have a king size comforter with a great comforter, but it keeps shifting and about once a week I took it out to the back porch to shake it in place. I had a scheduled surgery, which made it difficult for me to go through with it for a few weeks, but even with no surgery coming up, it got annoying. I decided to buy this tape to sew on three sides of the duvet cover, then I added thumbtacks to the tape and placed them on the duvet. I don't want thick or stiff tape, but it should be strong enough to hold the buttons and not tear when I undo them. It was right! My sewing machine did the trick and the buttons didn't break at all, even when I put the Hulk on them on purpose. The color is exactly what I expected - old canvas or unbleached muslin. It worked so well that I used the rest of the roll to do the same with another off-white and sheer comforter. Even with the thinner, bulkier fabric, it fit perfectly. For two three-sided king-size comforters, I had enough of this ribbon left over at about 6 inches. I would definitely order it again and have another project planned to try. It held up well to the wash. Machine without scratches even though I didn't finish the cut ends.
