Review on Adjustable Drip Irrigation Kit With Misting And Cooling System - 59Ft (18M) Auto Micro Irrigation For Gardens, Landscapes, Patio, Greenhouse, And Plants By Gesentur by Todd Foster

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Buy a 1/4 " to 3/4 " adapter for drip Irrigation and this thing works.

I live in South Carolina and bought this for the boat dock in June 2018. Immediately had struggles with the adapter to the garden faucet. The seller seems to be outside the US and doesn't understand pipe threading and what it takes in the US. I tried several things until it struck me this was same tubing for a drip irrigation. I went by Lowes and bought a Rain Bird 1/4 to 3/4 adapter for $2 and solved this issue. The seller should replace that very expensive brass adapter that doesn't work and lower the price. You can buy on Revain for about $2.50 from Rainbird. See any drip irrigation system on Revain for what I am talking about.I bought some "cable staples" from Lowes as well to attach to the poles on the dock and I put about 3 on each pole to keep the 1/4 tubing from kinking. I have up some Coolaroo sun shades (also from Revain and Costco) and attached this also to the edges between the poles with some of those small binder clips from my office. This allowed me to aim the emitters where I wanted them.I have to say I love this thing except for the 1/4 to 3/4 adapter issue. You can also buy these parts separately and make your own for about 1/2 the price if you like projects. I may do this as gifts for friends to put along their deck umbrella edges. 4 stars only due to the PITA adapter issue.
