Disappointing - outdoor lighting

I ordered these lights from Target last year and absolutely love them! They were very bright and worked all night even though it snowed that day which was amazing! Unfortunately, the animals chewed through the wires connected to the solar panels. I was going to order them this year but Target didn't have them in stock so I bought them. The lights I received this year look the same as last year but NOTHING is the same. These lights stay on for about an hour before the brightness fades after being in the sun all day (same locations as last year). It was a waste of money and time
