I'm really starting to make things but mixing by hand is too much. Cakes never come out the way they should be, with lumps. But I didn't want an ugly plastic hand mixer, and when I found a black stainless steel faucet that went well with my kitchen, I decided to give it a try. It was on sale and I was ready to buy it. I am not disappointed as it is of great quality and works very well for me. I love that there are a few extras too. It has two types of beaters, dough hooks and a storage base. With a storage base, I can keep it neat and tidy. It does not take up much space in the closet and is very practical. I also like the digital screen that tells me what speed I'm using. It has an easy one button ejection and isn't as noisy as some I've seen. Happy with my purchase!
