Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent customer service!

*Update* I originally gave them 1 star for the following reasons. The seller was quick to respond and although I had already sent them back to Revain for a prompt refund they sent me an additional new set. They were sent very quickly via Revain. He didn't ask me to change the rating, but I did. Aside from the original issues, the replacement kit works well. They screw smoothly onto the barrel and are sealed. The gas column now fits snugly into my gray quick connector and doesn't leak when I move it. --------------- They looked nice, but that's about it. The escaping gas was difficult to seal in a barrel. I had to use a brand new tube o-ring (as I should have), but before replacing the o-ring I tried another spare pin with the old o-ring and it made a good seal. It did seal with a new o-ring, but it was worrying that it was leaking so badly with a used o-ring in good condition. I went on to check the gas. It leaked heavily through the seal with the quick connector. I changed the post oring. The leak got better, but it still leaked with every movement. I noticed that the o-rings that come with them are made of a soft material, while my replacement rings are standard hardness. But I think the real problem is the depth of the ring groove. I didn't write down the dimensions, but the groove in it is slightly deeper than my other gas pens, which prevents the o-ring from making a tight seal. This was also evident in how easily the gas quick coupler turned. Plenty of up and down play and virtually no resistance to rapid clutch rotation. It feels like there isn't a single hole, not tight at all. The flow through these items was also very low. The gas barely hissed. Not recommended, too much time wasted testing them.
