Well for starters this thing is pretty damn powerful. As if it might forcefully break your wrist, the torque is insane. The Rock Impact Bit glides through thick cement/concrete like a knife through butter. A couple of issues I have is the chick not being stressed enough or being stressed and staying in place. I have often found the cartridge to come loose and the bit to fall out or get stuck. For a $180 drill or whatever it costs, it shouldn't have that problem. Everyone is like this, I had 4 of these, all had the same problem. But I stayed with them for strength. The other issue I have is that the drill is just ridiculously noisy. The drill sounds like Indy's car coming out of a pit stop. I have to say it's getting old after working on it all day. The shape is also another reason why I chose it. It's hard to find a drill that fits your hands better. I wish it wasn't so hard, but I wish I wasn't so hard because we can't all be perfect. So there are 6 reasons why you should buy it and half a dozen reasons why you shouldn't. Looks cool, that's for sure :)
