more accurate cooking time = more tender meat
I bought this because I kept overcooking meat in the fryer. Now everything I cook turns out incredibly juicy. EVERY TIME. I know how important it was to cook the meat to a certain temperature, but I was prone to overcooking. NO LONGER. I love this clinical thermometer. In addition, it folds up nicely and compactly, making it even more convenient.
