I think they are a lot better quality than the clear mists you can buy. I have flown with them for about 8 hours and about 55 hours with transparent fog and I can say that they are seen much better and are less straining on the eyes. So far I have used this particular pair on the following planes; Cessna 172S with Garmin G1000, Cessna 172R, Cessna 152 and Piper PA28R-201 (Arrow III) without problems. It's sunny outside, you can see out of them decently and read the instruments well. Same goes for all glass cockpit planes, screen glare is not a problem for them at all and I was able to read everything just fine. this is the perfect couple!
