Review on Knose Care by Michael Custodio

I love how much information is available about any given animal at any time. We can see what vaccines they are scheduled to get, their weight, their medical history, etc. My favorite feature is that we can do all of our medical records in one place! As a practice, we have been able to streamline and improve our workflow for patient visits. It's also made it easy for me to view my schedule and plan ahead for appointments. The price tag has been difficult for us since we aren't a large enough client for them to offer volume discounts. However, I've found other practices in our area who use their product, so I am hopeful that this will change in the future. It's a great tool for scheduling appointments, tracking meds, etc. The best part is that it's free to use! I like that you can customize your reports and that it's easy to track all your appointments. It would be great if there were more options for adding in additional fields to track. It seems difficult to add new fields to the app. Also I wish there was an option to send invoices directly from the app instead of having to print and mail them. We track our patient data, doctor visits, appointments, etc. and we love how it makes everything easier to keep organized.
