I like how it allows me to use specific filters for clients or types of cases/cases which helps with time management as well because i can see what type of case im dealing wit hin an hour instead of having so many open at once! Sometimes when you have multiple tabs opened they dont always go away but maybe its my computer? just keep trying different things until u find something thats good enought o work best fro ur needs!! if nothing else try using this program in conjunction woth another outcome tracking system such as bpda - www(dot)bpdsolutionsllc(at). It has helped us by being able touse one tool for our caseworkers to make sense out there workloads better than ever before.
