No remote control! the best among heaters

Remote control not included. I never ran it but got it back straight away so I don't know how the unit works or how quiet it is. All I know is that I ordered it on purpose because it had a remote control and no remote came with it. To get the remote I had to box up the whole unit, send it back hoping for a loan, order another heater and go through the whole process all over again. Not worth the trouble.
