Nice and strong in chest and back protection
They are great. I really like the chest protector. I'm 5ft 7in and 140lbs. The small size feels a bit short but everything including the shoulders fits my riding jacket. My jacket doesn't have a chest protector so I like wearing it but it's good on its own too and very breathable but the shoulders are thin
