They work well if you don't intend to move them often

I bought these straps and straps for my trampoline. I was able to easily install the posts with an impact wrench. No conventional drill/driver is powerful enough to drive them into the ground, especially our Houston area "ground". Straps aren't perfect because they only form a loop, so you have to hold on to both ends to try to tighten them. I used to have better harnesses that were two piece with the top harness attached to the trampoline. This design allows you to pull the straps much tighter. Today I had to move the trampoline and stands for the first time. The metal they are made of is so soft that the 7mm head keeps getting caught in the screw heads because the metal deforms easily. When all four were driven back into the ground, one of the heads was completely rounded and the second was just coming off. It looks like they are made out of cheap metal. I couldn't get the broken head out of the socket, so now I have to replace the socket as well. I was able to reuse all four posts, but when I move them again I have to use the old fashioned method of using a long screwdriver or broken rod in a loop to slowly pull them out and put them back in. Once installed, the swivel hook allows the mower to drive over it without impact - just make sure you drive the pegs deep enough into the ground and lower the hooks down.

Pros
  • Straps and Stands
Cons
  • Some little things
