My driver's glass started making a loud clicking noise and stopped moving halfway up/down. Replacing the entire motor was the recommended solution as I broke the case trying to get to the gears on the original. This installs easily (by removing the door panel from the car, not so much). Works perfectly. After scrolling the window up and down a few times, the auto raise/lower feature reset and started working. All in all a great buy for anyone wanting to do their own thing. I'm not a mechanic, but I don't mind trying something new.
