Delivered quickly and very satisfied with the product! I had read some reviews that said the link remover tool broke easily and had never done it before and I got worried when I realized I would have to remove the link. First, the arrows on the inside of the lane really helped me figure out which direction to aim in. instrument.- Second, while I was flexing the tip of the tool (before I figured out the arrows) it flexed back slightly and worked well.- Third, 4 extra tips were included so I had spares even if it broke. When it came to the watch strap itself, I couldn't be happier. As someone who's always liked metal bracelets for their durability but never cared about how they pinch and pull on my skin and hair, I'm happy to say that's not the case. With sandal inserts it also looks perfect whether I'm in the woods or on a walk. I will update if I run into problems or if it doesn't last long, but as far as I can tell this is a quality product and I expect to see it on my wrist for a long time to come.
