These are great little lights except for one. I have an automation that powers these lights along with other decorations every night, but every time I do this the lights go back to default and cycle through all 8 light sequences. I like the special, which means I have to reach for the remote control every night after sunset and set it to the program sequence that I like. The control box sits at a height of 12 feet, so luckily the remote works, but. Would it kill them if they spent money to save a piece of memory so that it reverts to the mode it was previously left in?
