These are perfectly adequate tweezers but nothing special. They pluck 7/10 of the eyebrow hairs, which isn't too bad. But, as you understand, they are not much better than pharmacy tweezers. I was attracted by their name and reputation but this was a disappointing purchase. I have to equate them to Revlon professional tweezers. Mine arrived well aligned, sharp and working. And they work reasonably well - they get more than half of the plucking attempts. My mom has an old pair of these that have worked well for her for almost 20 years. Their alignment survived and still works well in their opinion. My mom has been showing hers and has been showing them for years - so I want to try on a pair. Not sure if the company changed more than just the color - but they're not worth the high price for what you get. I regret. This isn't the best review - I had such high hopes for it. I sometimes use them as is, but they are only appropriate, not amazing.
