I just got this hardware and couldn't wait to try it out. Wow! I absolutely love everything about it. Sleek, nice finish, durable power cord and weight (nice and light). It heats up VERY quickly and grips my hair well without pulling or tangling. It was easy to use, smooth and glided through my hair like a flat iron should. The size (length) of the straightener allowed me to easily reach the back of my head which was a problem with my old one. Hair straightened in no time! Storage is good, when I'm done I put it back in the locked position (the plates don't touch in the locked position which is nice). Very satisfied!
