Works great! on my review.
Now my Xbox doesn't get too hot and the fan is so quiet so you can't hear it. The only thing is you have to unplug it from your Xbox because I hear mine randomly turn on even if the Xbox is off.
Pros
- Pulls heat out when when it gets warm. It detects it just like it should and works great.
Cons
- The fan may be difficult to clean and maintain
