Good learning platform but not very user friendly

I like that they can help me with some of the sales process. They have created a lot of training modules and can help me with creating a sales process. The interface is difficult to navigate and they don't have a lot of resources. I would like to see an improvement in the sales training for the support team. We have created a sales process with JB Sales Training and it has helped with consistency. We have also created a lot of training modules for other departments. JB Sales Training is easy to use and they have a lot of resources. The most important thing about this program is that it has really helped us understand our customers' needs better which helps in selling more effectively as well! I think they can improve upon providing online access or making these sessions accessible via video conferencing so we could do them from home/office too rather than having to travel all over India just because you have an hour free here & there!! It's great knowing what my customer wants even before he knows himself.
