This is a very attractive playpen that blends in well with the living area and is not obtrusive. We got the largest option on Prime Day, which knocked it down $50. At this price it was reasonable, but for this quality I find the full price too high. It is a very very light wood, my toddler can pick it up and free himself easily but he is 2.5 years old and a big boy. This is basically for our 14 month old and he can't get out. Our little one loves to go there alone to play with things that little brother can't use yet and little brother loves to go there and play when I need him to be safe. When built, the arena was not exactly level with the ground, but at the gate it was about 2 inches off the ground. We placed a puzzle mat under the playpen and its softness seems to make up for much of the discrepancy.
