I've been looking for a HomePod Stereo pair of stands for a long time. There aren't many options available, and they looked exactly how I wanted them, with the exception of a few reviews that suggested the stands somehow dampen bass response. I found this surprising as the bass driver ignites. After hesitating for a while, I went ahead and ordered a pair. After almost two months of use, I can say without a doubt that the stands do not affect the bass in any way. I suspect that placing the speakers on the stand from their original location will change the tonal balance and tone right from the start, but after you play for a while the speakers will adjust to their new location (that's the magic of HomePods) and turn off the mute sound. the same rich sound as before. If there's anything to criticize, it's the way the speaker cable attaches to the stand. A groove on the back of the legs would have allowed the cables to be hidden much more neatly than fastening them with velcro straps.
