I have now bought 3 of these headsets for our pediatric office - one for the phone nurse, two for the receptionist and I will be buying another one for the other nurse's desk. I was wary at first - we tried other headphones for a long time and the staff just didn't use them - I guess because they had issues with them. However, they are so comfortable that people walk with them on their heads and then have to turn and reset them, sometimes after getting to their cars and putting on their sunglasses. This is a real testament to how comfortable they are. The ear mount works well, but most prefer the over-the-head option. You need a tube lifter, which adds extra cost but gets the system working. I bought a Sennheiser HSL10 for $85. They work so well that we often walk up to someone on the phone and start talking, so I've been working on busy signals. I'll see which one works and post an update on the type and price. Positives: 1. They operate at 400-500ft altitude as advertised so nurses and receptionists walk around, stop and get an answer. That makes them effective.2. Works even with our old phone system - NEC3. Clear as a wake-up call - if you have poor hearing or are hard of hearing, call the support service. We'll fix it. Problems: 1. Sometimes someone lets it charge incorrectly so it doesn't charge overnight.2. Putting it on your phone is not without its complications. The instructions are good, with good illustrations, but not easy.3. It's not cheap, but they work.
