Updated Review: The seller contacted me after seeing my problem and he was able to fix it right away! I was impressed with the customer satisfaction policy they offer. I can fully recommend this product. Even my Montek solar battery/generator worked perfectly and I sent a video. (OLD REVIEW) I was so excited when I received my purchase (Rockpal's 200W panel) but very disappointed when neither 18v nor 36v (IN ALL) worked in my Echostream Delta so very disappointed and I'll admit it back now... I don't recommend this provider at all. (I also have a 100w Renogy foldable panel and an unbranded 100w foldable panel as shown in the picture and they have no problems and work well. But I need a faster charge and need more solar panels) The box as shown in the picture was very well worn heavily but the panel has no damage but it still didn't release a single watt of charge. I will go to another place. to get a working panel.
