Review on Titus Industrial Quality Welding Goggles: Enhanced Eye Protection for Welders by Ray Sheptock

This was a great purchase and deal, although I can't see how anyone could wear it for long periods due to the ball chain nose with plastic trunk cap (see my black and white -Photo). It's so uncomfortable that after using it for 20 minutes during IR/red light treatment, I hurt the bridge of my nose. I decided to remove the plastic bar and wrap the chain with a piece of soft leather instead. This worked better, but I still felt the pressure of the ball chain. Also, the skin just looks silly (see my red photo). I'm planning on trying a rope instead of a bead chain to see if it's more comfortable, but maybe that's just the nature of the beast. Overall they sit more comfortably on my face after I put a foam pad on top of each eyecup, but the pressure on the bridge of the nose remained. I am sure that in time I will find the right solution. The glasses are pretty dark. The glasses are very well made. They also have that great retro Victorian industrial punk style.
