The quality is ok on the whole, it has some small flaws.
They took it mainly, as I wrote above, for the kitchen and bathroom, the expectations were not met, kitchen pollution is practically not amenable, the same applies to floors with porcelain stoneware, it washes them just like a simple mop. Found application in another, as described above. Additionally, a nozzle for windows was purchased, but have not yet been tested. The device is terribly inconvenient, the power cord is short and not even enough for one room of 18 m (this is despite the fact that the device is also intended for cleaning floors), the cord cannot be removed for storage (as in a vacuum cleaner, for example). The same thing with the hose, it constantly twists, gets in the way (during operation). In terms of ergonomics, Karcher should learn from miele (not advertising) There are no complaints about the store and employees (official store), the service is of high quality, everything is on time and quickly. Conclusion if you have tasks for this steam cleaner - fatty and old pollution, then I do not recommend it.
- We have been using it for less than a month, as a result, we found application absolutely not where we planned. As a result, the steam cleaner has become useful for cleaning: 1. Upholstered furniture (but it is washable initially) 2. Corners and joints in the bathroom and kitchen (no greasy contamination) 3. Surprisingly when cleaning the walls (painted moisture resistant, but it is necessary to vacuum it first, which is basically written in the instructions)
- Alas, in general, the steam cleaner did not live up to expectations. They took it mainly for cleaning in the kitchen and in the bathroom, but he did not cope with the following: 1. Fat does not wash in any form, namely, neither on an induction stove nor an oven. 2. The same applies to dirt on the kitchen apron and countertop. 3. In the bathroom, more or less, but as a result, there is more trouble than when using standard detergents and a sponge with a rag.
