Arrived in a shabby box that looked like it had been sitting on a shelf for 20 years. But the product worked fine. The soleplate of my iron was covered in heavy, stubborn deposits, which I assumed were hard water stones after a long "session" with a damp cloth. I wasn't sure if I hadn't ruined my iron.
