Review on Klipsch R-15PM Powered Monitor - Black (Pair) with Gate PlayFi Gateway for Wireless MultiRoom Streaming by Ericka Kuhn

The best monitor/bookshelf speakers! I was seeing these speakers for the first time and thought it would be nice to see if there was something that would meet my needs as a replacement for some of the older Altec Lansing speakers I used for my desktop setup. I thought they looked well done visually and didn't look so overdone. So I decided to buy a pair just to test out the sound and then return them to my local store. I had no idea how much I would actually fall in love with her. I connected them with as little ease as possible. They are self powered so just plug and play which really helped me trying them out on a few different rigs I have. I was amazed at the clarity of the picture when connected via USB. I also found it easy to control with the remote and turn off the power when not in use. The indicator lights are great too, letting me know they're on when they're glowing purple and flashing red when muted. Overall easy installation, good size, clarity and ease of use. The only thing I could add is an r-10sw or r-12sw subwoofer to add a little less punch to my system. Worth the price and I bought them on sale and saved myself $100. Would recommend for someone looking to differentiate themselves in the small speaker system audio world.
