Review on 🔪 Swissmar V-2053 Borner Power Line Slim Julienne Slicer by Dan Husband

Not sure I'll keep it. Very disappointed in the V-Slicer I bought with this one. I sent it back. I bought this to replace my old beautiful Julien mandolin which I use almost every day. It will fade after years of use. Old is a Swiss brand with the initials KR. I thought that this brand would be of a higher class. Not so. This item feels thin in hand. It doesn't have a silicone grip that prevents it from moving along the cutting board, nor a groove that allows it to sit on the rim of the bowl like other Swiss-made products with the KR initials (in a similar price range). . ) Julien is very good, as it should be. The problem is the lack of control. It should be easy, you hold it with one hand and the julienne with the other, but I feel like I'm struggling to keep this thing under control. I will try again and update this review. At the moment it's just ok
