I am very happy with this product and even happier with the customer service I received from Chesona! Shortly after receiving the case, I was traveling across the country and somehow lost one of the letter keys on the keyboard. Although all I really needed was a spare key, the Chesona team worked closely with me and emailed me frequently to get me a suitable replacement case/keyboard free of charge. I couldn't be happier with their support!
