I love that it's easy for anyone in any location, with or without internet access to use from anywhere around the world! It has been great so far because we can easily create new projects which are very important in our business! The only thing I wish existed was some way to see what time zone someone is located in.

We have had problems where an issue seems like its coming out of no where but actually comes from another state. Having this system allows us to monitor things quickly even if your not available at exactly 9am PST every day to make quick decisions about issues.
