Unpleasant odor, failed to deodorize

As a loyal customer in Home and Kitchen, I had high hopes for this air freshener, but unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. As a result of using this product, I found that it did not effectively eliminate the unpleasant odor from my shoes .While it provided a temporary masking scent it was short-lived and THE original odor returned shortly after. The only pro was that it was easy to use and had a pleasant initial scent. Overall, i do not recommend this product for anyone needing a long-lasting solution to smelly shoes..

Requires frequent use to maintain results.
