Okay at first I thought they wouldn't work but that was my own user error as they are a bit tricky to fully connect at first. After figuring this out, they work great. It's only been 2 days but no problems so far. Just for the apple block if I buy it from Verizon it would be $19.99 - here I got 2 blocks and 2 cables for $25. They say they are Apple certified but I have no idea how to verify that, to be honest the bottom line is that they work as expected which is a great deal.
