I expected pressed wood but this is not a dense pressed wood at all as you can see from the photo. Directions for assembly are very confusing but since I have had some experience putting things together I got it done. Highly recommend wood glue to help hold it together and definitely attach it to the wall for safety. Seems like it could fall over quite easily.I’m using it for extra storage of lighter items. Would not use it for anything heavy.It was well packed and all the parts were there.
