Dissatisfied with the product and no instruction video from supplier

I'm hoping to find good instructions or videos on the supplier's website but couldn't find them. Finally, I used a YouTube video to install it but it didn't help. I ended up with too many blisters and couldn't get rid of them after so many tries. Finally removed and looked for another product. How difficult is it to post an installation video on the manufacturer's website? I bought a few Spigen products but it wasn't a good experience.
