My wife works at the computer all day like most people these days and complains of a headache at the end of the day. I ordered them to see if they would help, and damn, they are helping. She put them on after dinner or at the first sign of eye strain or a headache, and almost instantly her problem was solved. I didn't really believe they could make such a difference but they do! Their only complaint so far is that they aren't the most comfortable as they have a ribbed nose. In fact, it works much better than just clicking "Night Mode" on your desktop.
