I, like many others, had a dryer that was difficult to start and made the sound of an old freight train when running. The main reason for this is worn bearings on the rolls or flattened rolls or both. Each dryer has 4 rollers, two in the front and two in the back, so this kit is good for replacing all four. Usually you only need to replace one or two, but to be safe, do all four. It also includes a new belt and pulley which is great. Go ahead and replace them while you're at it, too, because you still have to demolish the entire body of the dryer. Oh, and don't forget to vacuum up dirt and lint that you find everywhere. I've done everything and my dryer hasn't worked that well since the day we got it. Like new!
