Bright and Compact good for me

I use one of these on the back of my Jeep when we're on dusty trails and/or at night (so a cooler-than-steady-burn dust light). All of my wheeling is casual, not competition, so I can only speak from that perspective. I hooked this up to an Spod system (Google that :) and put a momentary switch inline on the negative side to instantly switch patterns. You can also set the pattern on the bench and skip the option to change it real-time. It will also sync with other heads, but I only have the one.Overall, a great little light and very bright for its size.

Pros
  • Small and bright! simple to install in a number of different ways.
Cons
  • Can be a hazard to wildlife, such as causing birds to fly into the vehicle
