I like that we have access to all of our information in one place so it's easy when there are questions or issues with any part about patient care - both clinical as well billing/coding-related ones! It would be nice if they had more resources available during off hours (i know this can't always happen). For now though their support team has been great at responding quickly even after normal business hour times too which makes up some time difference but not much anymore than usual since everyone works remotely anyway anyways :).
