User friendly and helpful for coding related concerns

I like that we have access to all of our information in one place so it's easy when there are questions or issues with any part about patient care - both clinical as well billing/coding-related ones! It would be nice if they had more resources available during off hours (i know this can't always happen). For now though their support team has been great at responding quickly even after normal business hour times too which makes up some time difference but not much anymore than usual since everyone works remotely anyway anyways :).

  • Very user friendly, quick response for helpdesk tickets / inquiries via email & phone call etc., good customer service from reps who actually answer emails vs auto responses you get most other places where no human is really involved beyond an automated reply system..and very helpful staff!! :) The fact everything happens online instead of having paper files hanging around everywhere.it just seems easier
