I like that it's easy for my employees who use this software everyday! It is very user friendly once they get used too them. The support staff at ultimomaintenancemanagement was great when we had questions or needed help setting up our system!! Nothing really but if there were any problems in using their product i would have liked more training before going live so all could be set-up properly from day one. Make decisions about what will work best within thier organization by looking into benefits offered through other companies such as ADP payroll services etc.. Also look around online forums regarding how others utilize these programs because sometimes things change between updates which can cause issues down road especially after getting off trial period/free version. We realized some time ago now that having an employee run program instead of HR department doing everything makes life easier not.
