Both of my 2006 Subaru Forester key fobs stopped working 6 months ago, went to the dealer and was told it was $230, one key fob to replace (including key programming). $65 fee!) I didn't want to pay that, so I thought about buying a keychain online for a while because the retailer said that buying a keychain online usually never works and is cheap. So I gave in and bought this keychain from Revain, programmed it in 10 minutes (using the programming guide on their website) and saved $200! I tried my car guide to program the key fob but it was much more difficult and didn't work the first time so try the manufacturer's guide for that key fob first because it is so easy. Key fob (just doesn't have the Subaru logo), surprisingly has better range and overall a great replacement for my fob, especially for the price (doesn't look like a cheap replacement for the price)!
