After about a week the pillow I use is very soft and comfortable. It has helped me sleep better at night. The queen size pillow is very "curly" when taken out of the packaging (this takes about 24 hours). My wife has her own MY PILLOW so I have the second pillow in this set as a spare. I used to have a few of MY PILLOWS. But over time, all pillows become uncomfortable and need to be replaced. I find this pillow to be the softest pillow I have ever had, yet still offers enough support for a good night's sleep. I also like the option to remove some of the pillow filling. You will receive a drawstring cloth bag to put extra stuffing inside. I think this pillow set is very good value for money and is accurately described by the seller.
