Review on kwalys by Brian Bloomfield

I like that it is easy for me as an admin user who has little coding experience to create bots with my own content. It's not very intuitive or straightforward when creating new rules/functions which could be improved in future versions of this product (ease-of use). They offer free trial so you get used to their system before purchasing but if they don't have what you need then its quite expensive! We are using them currently at work where we're building customer service applications through our website - these help us answer customers questions quickly without having staff members present all day every single time someone contacts us via phone / email etc..
