Firstly, the quality of this bag is excellent. The nylon is very thick and the stitching is strong. I use a folding knife and work and it matches a metal reinforced tape measure loop that is held perfectly by a clip on the knife. The pockets are great for pencils and the large center pocket has plenty of room for a Leather Man multi-tool. I can also stick a 5-in-1 scraper in with the handle down. It's actually slightly lower, about two inches below the strap, because of the latch. Freedom of movement is not restricted when worn. It is lightweight and easy to put on and take off.
