Bought for my wife to replace her standard 10 inch tablet which failed prematurely when dropped breaking the screen. We both concluded that something smaller could be a little handier and more portable. This will be our second Samsung tablet as our son has had an old Galaxy Tab 3 for years which still works albeit quite slowly but acceptably and actually quite reliably after changing the battery. This "Lite" version is a good basic tablet with no frills. Performance is acceptable for everyday use (mainly Netflix and some web browsing). This might be a hurdle for some, but it's worth noting that 1) there's no front camera 2) the OS looks like Kit Kat with no upgrade option. Still, it's a good tablet with acceptable performance and screen resolution. I've been quite happy with our other Samsung products and this one is no different. My wife is definitely happy with this tablet. It's by no means a cutting-edge tablet, but it does what it's supposed to.
